Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

Standard commission is 20%. Requires accurate payment info (PayPal or bank account). No commission on self-referrals or coupon stacking. Payments will be made 15 days after the 30th of the month. Refunds on the program will not garner commission payout.

2. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate links must be used for proper tracking. You are not responsible for tracking failures due to cookie blockers, ad blockers, or user privacy settings.

3. Prohibited Practices

No spamming or unethical marketing practices. No misleading claims or guarantees of results. No running paid ads using your business name or product name.

4. Brand & Faith Alignment

Agree to represent the Brand Builder Marketing System in a way that aligns with biblical values, integrity, and professionalism. No use of affiliate program to promote content that contradicts Christian values (e.g., profanity, inappropriate content).

5. Right to Revoke or Deny Affiliate Status

You reserve the right to remove anyone from the program at your discretion.

6. Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for reporting their earnings and handling tax obligations. You will be asked to provide a W-9 form.

7. Acceptance of Terms
